- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Its a wonder how a swiss family can take a leap of faith into outback Albany, that in itself warrants kudos. Anyhoo, my wife and i have wanted to connect with Australian native herbs and spices for a long time. We came to this cafe over the Easter break having heard about it in Perth. We opted for a share platter to get the most of all the wonderful produce on offer. I think we met a cook/chef with a passion for what they do. What a fantastic pallate you have, the balance in your dishes was superb. Thank you for being an inspiration and for introducting us to exactly what we were looking for.
